Banning City Council Meetings
The Banning City Council conducts regular meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at City Hall, 99 E. Ramsey Street in Downtown Banning. Per Resolution 2017-14: “During the months of July, November and December the City Council shall meet on the second Tuesday of each month at the approximate hour of 5:00 P.M. For the month of August the City Council shall meet on the fourth Tuesday of the month.”
Special meetings are frequently held immediately preceding the regular meeting agenda. Special meetings may include closed session agenda items and/or workshop items.

Rules of Decorum
City Council meetings are administered in accordance with the Ralph M. Brown Act and the City of Banning Manual of Procedural Guidelines. Members of the public are invited to participate in all public meetings remotely via Zoom. Please reference the City's Remote Public Participation Policy, adopted by City Council on February 11, 2025.
