Business accounts are required to subscribe to the City’s three-container collection services for all waste streams including trash, recyclable and organic waste. Business accounts may apply for a waiver for organic services by submitting it to refuse@banningca.gov.

Business accounts are assessed annually to evaluate the appropriate level of service, right size container sizes, and evaluate potential programs and opportunities that increase diversion to ensure compliance with State regulations. Business accounts may request an assessment by emailing our Refuse Division Staff.
