- Employee Services is responsible for Classification, Compensation, Benefits Administration and Records.
- Provide technical assistance to departments regarding classification and compensation matters.
- Provide information about maintenance of the city’s classification plan, including job descriptions.

- Employee Assistance Program which provides City employees and their families access to free, confidential counseling for personal or work-related issues.
- Maintenance of employee records in a personal and confidential manner, including HIPAA compliance.
- Other state and federal regulatory compliance
This division offers professional assistance to departments and workforce units in various areas of the employee and labor relations field to ensure consistent and fair application of City’s personnel rules and procedures.
